Modern American Diet Produces Unhealthy Results
Todays' modern American diet doesn't look like (or taste like) it did 60-70 years ago when America was the "healthiest" nation on the planet.

now claims that honor. America ranks 37th!
According to the American College of Gastroenterology:
Ninety-five million Americans suffer from digestive problems. Some 60 million have heartburn, 50 million have irritable bowel syndrome, and 20 million suffer from stomach ulcers.

How has our modern American diet failed us?
A short history lesson reveals that our ancestors rarely died from the illnesses of today. Quite frankly,over half of today's deficient diet, commonly known as
SAD,
didn't even exist a generation ago.
Don't think that's a good thing, either.
A highly refined, overly processed, genetically altered food source has produced our now
nutrient deficient modern American diet.
All of these factors negatively affect our bodies over time.
Bottom Line:
It is very difficult to eat and stay healthy on the typical American diet.
Our bodies are still designed to consume and thrive on the
same foods in the same proportions of our ancestors -- no matter how far back you go!
A leading nutritionist, Dr. Weston Price (a.k.a. the "Albert Einstein" in his field) has concluded that diet is the only possible factor accounting for our ancestors good
physical health over today.
But the same is true even today among primitive societies. In fact, those who eat a modern diet suffer from degenerative diseases while those who eat a primitive diet do not! -- until they switch to a "modern" diet.
How could this be?
Aren't our foods "enriched" and "nutritious?"
Well, what Dr. Price found out was that primitive diets provide 4 x's the water-soluble vitamins -- (i.e.: those that can make it all the way to the cellular level).
Also a primitiver diet has 4 x's the calcium, 4 x's other needed minerals, and 10 x's the fat-soluble vitamins -- (i.e.: A, D, E,& K).
Somehow, we need to change our view of health from a Disease Model to a Wellness Model.
But don't expect this from the medical community!
I'm afraid that the world's approach still does not address nutrition as the root cause of most diseases. Maybe we should follow the advice of.....
