Digestive Enzymes Carry
Health Sustaining Energy

Enzymes (especially "digestive enzymes") are the
life force behind everything the body
physically does to stay healthy.

The closer our food comes to its natural state --
the higher its quality. In this condition,
all the enzymes are found intact.

This is because the amino acids are in their finest form.
In addition, the minerals, vitamins, trace elements, carbohydrates
and, hence, life force are present.

This "life force" is what causes the healthy
reproduction of cell tissue
.

Enzymes themselves are not physical or tangible

--- nevertheless ---

they are the key to
understanding physical life.

Of course, different kinds of enzymes do different things.

But for our purposes,
we will stick to enzymes
that deal with....

digestive problems.

Enzymes digest our food, carry the nutrients to our cells, then uses those nutrients in the building of healthy bodily systems.

Food enzymes are found in abundance in raw fruits and vegetables.

Eating organically grown unprocessed foods, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds provides your body nutrients that are free of herbicides, pesticides and preservatives.

Only raw food has functional "live" enzymes. Therefore the liver, pancreas, stomach and intestines must come to the rescue and furnish the requisite digestive enzymes to the individual nourished solely on a cooked food diet.

So, when we consume foods that have been processed or cooked, most of the enzymes are destroyed. The SAD result -- even before we eat our food, it is enzyme-deficient.

Furthermore, cooked food passes through the digestive tract more slowly than raw food, tends to ferment, and throws poisons back into the body.

Colon cancer is second only to lung cancer as a killer in America and is related, in various ways, to eating enzyme-deficient cooked food.

Why does this matter?

Enzyme potential.

Everything we do requires enzymes. But of all the team players in nutrition, enzymes are the least understood and perhaps the most underrated contributors on the team.

You might say, if the offensive line is made up of vitamins and minerals, and the defensive line is made up of antioxidants, then enzymes handle the quarterback position. (Click Here for the highest ORAC superfood.)

To say it other way: Enzymes call the shots and are the life force that activate all the physical reactions of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and other components in the body.

That's why enzymes are known as biological catalysts.

These cells have many important functions to perform. They have to store certain things and eliminate others, as well as carry on the body's chemical processes incessantly.

This complex chemical process is made possible by a variety of enzymes.

Actually, enzymes may actually be likened to the electric current that powers a light bulb. As the bulb becomes animated (gives off light) by electricity...

...so does our body function through the activity of enzymes
-- they do it all.

Every year new enzymes are discovered and scientists are still puzzled by them. Still, the bottom line of healthy living settles on the proper nourishment given to aid enzymes.

Just another reason to consume living superfoods in their most natural state -- or as close as possible to their natural state as you can get.
