Clogged Colons Cause Constipation

Clogged Colons?

Do you remember studying clogged colons in school?
I don't either.

Blog Us How You
Keep Your Colon Healthy

But I do recall thinking how the colon twists and turns and looks like a long tube. Image what it must take to move stuff through it. Then add a little (or, perhaps, a lot) of clogging cholesterol with indigestible waste and -- well, you get the picture.

In addition to eating living superfoods, health maintainance is also about getting unwanted waste and toxins out of the body. The quickest and most effective method is through fasting and detoxification because....

....To stay healthy, we must
eliminate this waste effectively
.

This is where dietary fiber works like an intestinal broom to sweep things along. But (here we go again) our SAD (standard American diet) has precious little dietary fiber in it.

Instead, it has lots of fat which, of course, tends to contribute to clogged colons resulting in constipation -- the inability to move the bowels -- the most prevalent ailment among "developed" societies.

Here's where it starts getting dangerous.

Constipation causes the blood stream and lymphatic system to become overloaded with toxins. This results in spreading those poisons throughout the entire body.

So, instead of ridding the body of waste, most of our "modern diet" colons have become stagnant cesspools of fecal matter, toxins and layers of mucus. (I know -- this isn't my favorite part, either.)

Part of our problem is that when you eat cooked and
processed foods, the enzymes in those foods are destroyed.

The digestive process needs those now dead enzymes to break down food in the upper stomach. But now, the body has to produce extra enzymes to finish breaking down the food in the lower stomach (i.e., your colon).

This is especially significant if
you have an autoimmune
disease
and therefore don't
have many digestive enzymes.

How are you going to produce those extra enzymes?

The results -- when you don't have enough
digestive enzymes, digestion will suffer.

And I haven't even mentioned the parasite
invasion caused by a clogged colon.

There are as many as 300 types!

No problem! -- if we eliminate our food waste within the first 24 hours (since there is a 36-hour incubation period for parasites).

But the average elimination time in America today is 96 hours!

Unfortunately, with this extra time, all the parasites need is some fecal matter and some sugar, and -- you can guess the rest.

Finally, some good news ---

Living superfoods fight clogged colons and provide
the fiber needed to help clean and maintain a healthy colon.

Fiber from living superfoods (like healthy chocolate) causes starches and sugars to be absorbed more slowly into the bloodstream. This reduces the amount of glucose in the blood, which requires less work from the pancreas in providing insulin.

Here are some superfoods to help you maintain a healthy colon:
